Court Curbs Police

The US Supreme Court has dramatically scaled back the power of police to search vehicles after stopping the driver for minor traffic offenses.
This is an important ruling.
It is the correct ruling.
It is an inappropriate police power that's been abused on an ongoing basis for decades.
What is shocking to see is two of the court's fascists, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, on the correct side of this.
