This should provide more fuel for a robust public option that covers everybody. But it likely won't. At the very least, the health care reform legislation should be amended so that it goes into effect immediately, rather than in four years - that way this kind of abuse can be stopped now. That is, provided that Lieberman, Bayh, Nelson, Snowe, Landrieu, Baucus, the Blue Dogs, don't complain.
