Authorities say a Northern California hot dog vendor offered undercover officers more than just mustard, ketchup and relish on the side Fifty-eight-year-old Jose Gilberto Ortiz was arraigned in U.S. District Court in San Jose on Thursday on charges of selling firearms to the officers from his hot dog stand.
