Hundreds camped out for chance of free chicken meals

Hundreds of people camped out outside Chick-fil-A's newest restaurant in Eldersburg, Maryland, last Wednesday, hoping to capture a promised year of free food from the fast food chain.

The Eldersburg location opened on Thursday, and 225 people were lined for the give-away - which allotted one meal per week for 52 weeks to the first 100 people in line.
A drawing was held, and 100 participants were selected.

They had camped out on-site for 24 hours before receiving their 52 combo meal cards.
