Watching how they do it is mesmerizing. After they cook and flavor the
candy, it gets manipulated -a lot. All that manipulation to make the
designs goes on in a hurry to keep the candy at the right temperature,
consistency, and shape. I was impressed with how clean the process is,
despite how much handling the candy goes through. The entire process
