Several Cities See A Sharp Uptick In Homicides After Record Low Rates

The number of murders rose by one-third or more so far this year compared to the same period last year in Baltimore, New Orleans, St. Louis, and Milwaukee. Chicago saw a nearly 20 percent increase in homicides.
