The Future of Air Travel

Caveman


The 'caveman' has come a long way from D. W. Griffith's version in the 1916 film Man's Genesis to Ringo Starr uttering the famous line "Atouk zug zug Tala?" in the 1981 comedy Caveman.

Now thanks to an ad campaign by a low cost auto insurance company the 'caveman' is getting his on TV sitcom . (Not really sure if that's a ascent or a descent, though). ABC will broadcast the show this fall - the trick question is whether a quirky ad campaign can translate into a sitcom will be answered quickly this fall.

More History

History was made the other day and some of you may have missed it.

For the first time in recorded history two hurricanes hit land on the same day from opposite oceans. "Felix" slammed into Honduras from the Atlantic and "Henriette" plowed into Baja California from the Pacific.

This is fascinating stuff ... if you aren't living in Honduras and Baja California that is ... and has the scientific community aflutter when activity - even to the point some of the sellouts to corporate interests are rethinking their positions on global warming because of this phenomena.
