"Bikini Bandit" Suspect Charged
Morgan Haley, 24, has been arrested in Desoto County, Mississippi for carjacking, and immediately following the carjacking, then going to an RV dealership in an attempt to rob it.
All the while she was wearing, you guessed it, a bikini.
