Authorities arrested a Pennsylvania man who allegedly tried to smuggle more than four pounds of cocaine through Dulles International Airport using powdered soup packets.Police say a man who stole petty cash from a central Pennsylvania church is in custody after leaving his birth certificate behind when he left. (maybe he was a birther?)
