Woman faces manslaughter charges after leaving elderly mother on toilet for two days

A woman has been charged with six counts of manslaughter after her 91-year-old mother died after she was left on the toilet for two days.
Sharon Caslow, 65, of Cockeysville, Baltimore County, was indicted by a grand jury after her mother Audrey's death was ruled a homicide.

Her mother was found by Baltimore County medical workers in the bathroom of the home she shared with her daughter on January 17.

Police say Sharon Caslow told officers she knew her mother had been in the bathroom for two days, but that she did not call for help. Audrey Caslow died of acute renal failure 10 days later after being transferred to a hospice. Sharon Caslow has since been released on a $100,000 bond.
