A Dallas arbitration panel today ordered Lance Armstrong and
Tailwind Sports Corporation to pay $10 million in a fraud dispute with a
promotions company.
The court called Armstrong and Tailwind's actions an “unparalleled
pageant of international perjury, fraud and conspiracy” that covered up
the cycling and cancer hero's use of performance-enhancing drugs.
