"I got a phone call that said there was a car on top of Top Shoes," said owner Bryan Maertens.
Just before 8:00am on Wednesday morning, Benton Police got a report of reckless driving.
When they arrived at the scene, they found the car had veered off the road at a section where the roof is at ground level.
Crews used a crane to get it down without extensive damage.
Some holes will have to be patched up.
"Not your average Wednesday morning," said Tops Shoes employee Ken Coleman.
Among other charges, Dickerson faces DWI, possession of meth, and driving with a suspended license.
Police say he is also on parole.
