Missouri police chief resigns after caging family’s lost puppy at a gun range and shooting it
Owner Womack wrote on her Facebook page how
she attempted to contact the police and was lied to on several occasions
about the incident. Eventually, she was told by the police chief that
he shot and killed her dog, and that they would be free to identify him
if they wanted to go dig him up.
