‘Small-government’ wingnut wants to dictate what cuts of meat poor people can eat
Ritchie (R-Oswegatchie)
introduced a bill Wednesday that would place additional restrictions on
purchases made through the state’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance
Program, or SNAP.
