The
bar has been raised for big public proposals. Chinese Olympic diver Qin
Kai dropped to one knee in front of billions of people to propose
marriage to fellow diver He Zi as she stood on the podium after winning a
silver medal in the women’s three meter springboard event in Rio.
So
He Zi will go home from the Olympics with a silver medal and a diamond
