I'm going with both. It is a service to men and women to demonstrate the proper way to perform a self breast exam. Of course, it is a 'stunt' this is America and a bare breast seen on television is pushing the envelope to the extreme - it shouldn't be, but with the 'watchdog' puerile perverts (who are already howling about it) trying to impose their warped views on the rest of us the only thing worse would be for TWO bare breasts to be seen on TV.
