Cooking is what made us human

Being an Anthropologist I have to disagree with this theory - there was a lot more that went into us becoming 'human' than this idea allows for.

It is interesting though.

Cooking food allowed our ancestors to evolve our big brains, the zoologist argues, and created the gender roles still observed by most people.
