Teabagger who nearly destroyed Kentucky’s libraries busted for selling opiates
John “J.R.” Roth was arrested in Highland
Heights, Kentucky, and charged with felony trafficking in a controlled
substance after police said he sold 10 oxycodone pills to an informant.
