When one calls and starts their spiel interrupt them and say quietly but firmly " this number is classified...how did you acquire it? Never mind ... remain where you are and somebody from Homeland Security will be with you in ten minutes"
Word will get around fast and calls to your number will cease!
For the deaf ones (you know the ones who won't shut up long enough to breathe, let alone hear what you say) the bullhorn blasted directly into the mouthpiece at full amplification works fine.
This too causes word to spread and calls dry up fast!
