In this case it is Ex Naval Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt making an "imprecatory prayer" asking God to strike down Rev. Barry Lynn of Americans United for Separation of Church and State, and Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF).
