Just reading my email and catching up on the news about an old forum I used to visit.
The news is there is no news - the forum has gone further down the path to oblivion and is even more bland and null that it was when I left.
Well, they wanted wing-nut dogma unchallenged and they got it - as all who had a mind of their own and not afraid to use it left the forum around the same time and only a couple return every now and again to see the agony and report to the rest of us.
We are so glad there are numerous other forums that are vital and are not allowing the wing-nuts to even join so that there is an exchange of ideas across the spectrum in a civilized manner which was sorely lacking on the other forum and all attempts to have idea exchanges in a civil manner were and are shouted down by the wing-nuts there.

I received a copy of Adobe's CS4 Master Collection a while back. Because of this, I have been learning how to use the programs in the collection as well as a bit of hand programming. Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
