Pakistan police say series of raids foils attacks, nets 13 militants, explosives, drugs
Pakistani authorities arrested 13 Islamic militants and seized suicide vests, bomb-making material and heroin in separate raids that police said Monday had foiled major attacks in the country's south and east.
