Lawyers for a New Bedford couple filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday claiming Bank of America/Countrywide foreclosed on the wrong house — the couple's second home and their future retirement home in Spring Hill, Florida.
They had no mortgage from any lender on that 2nd home. They owned it free and clear.
