Townspeople in Bolivia lynched a couple for allegedly practicing witchcraft even though it is not a crime in the South American country, local media reported Tuesday.
Police have charged a 30-year-old man with public drunkenness and drug possession after he allegedly tried to pay for a pizza with pot.
Police were called to a Victoria, B.C., apartment Monday night to deal with a fight over who got the bigger piece of meat at dinnertime.
