Zoo employees save squirrel from tiger

One squirrel's visit to the Buffalo Zoo last Wednesday turned into a fight for survival, and it was all caught on video.

The squirrel found itself in a tree inside the tiger habitat at the zoo. Unfortunately, a tiger spotted the creature and showed off some of its hunting skills for the crowd.

The big cat climbed the tree and actually knocked the squirrel to the ground before chasing it toward another tree.

Zoo employees stepped in, distracted the tiger and eventually saved the incredibly lucky little squirrel.
