In the wake of the steps that the U.K., France, U.S., and Nato have taken against Libya and Muammar Gaddafi, French President Nicolas Sarkozy warned other Arab world leaders on Thursday of possible other reprisals, if they too "cross the line."Sarkozy made the statement at an EU summit in Brussels, Belgium on Thursday, March 24.
