Experts say nighttime heat can be dangerous

The days may be hot -- but the nights could also be a killer. According to an expert at the government's National Climatic Data Center, if temperatures overnight don't cool down enough to provide relief, it adds to the stress on people without air conditioning -- as well as on livestock and crops.
