Cyclone Phailin hits in India with 200kmph winds

A massive cyclone has made landfall in India, with wind speeds of up to 200 kilometers per hour (about 125 mph). Live blogs to follow: Times of India and Zee News India. Up to 12 million people could be internally displaced by the disaster, which threatens to cause flooding throughout inland regions, as well as coastal devastation.
