High-end chickens are chickens fed with produce that's out of the price
range of most humans. David Burke, one of New York City's most prominent
chefs chimed in with this head-scratcher.
He says: 'If the chickens ate ginger and lemon,
you would have a gingery, lemony chicken, I think.' A ginger-lemon
chicken sounds fantastic! But, um, wait a second. Is that scientifically
possible?
