Thirsty koala wandered into bar

CCTV cameras at a hotel in Victoria, Australia, captured a pub crawl of a different kind when an unsuspecting patron wandered through their door.

They caught a koala making its way up the stairs of the historic Alexandra House in Hamilton, west of Melbourne.

The cheeky marsupial made a beeline for the bar, managing to sneak past other patrons unnoticed.

Concerned staff used signs to try and keep it enclosed in the area, however, the koala soon broke free. Wildlife crews eventually managed to capture the thirsty marsupial before releasing him back into the wild unharmed.
