Police said Gina Briggs, 26, pointed the gun at the victim because he
was making too much noise on Oriole Circle on Monday morning.
Briggs later told detectives that she would have shot the worker in the head, but didn’t because she forgot to load the gun.
Briggs was booked at the Volusia County Jail and charged with one count
of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of carrying a
concealed firearm.
