A trail of blood more than a mile long is being investigated by police in Hull, East Yorkshire. The force is urging the injured person to make contact with them or seek
medical attention as soon as possible. Tests have confirmed the blood
is genuine.
The blood trail stretches from St Andrew's Dock, to parts of Hessle Road, and Cholmley Street.
Detective Inspector Joanne Roe said: "We know the blood is that of a human.
"Due to the substantial amount of blood found, we believe the person
could be severely injured and may need medical treatment immediately.
