pets need exercise, so it's prudent that this man takes his African
spurred tortoise out on walks through the streets of Tokyo. There's
little concrete information about the pair, but

informs us that they've been spotted and photographed through the
Tsukishima and Ginza neighborhoods. The tortoise sometimes wears a cute
dress, but is always, sadly, off-leash.
