Topless protesters slap Missouri city with lawsuit over ‘decency’ ordinance criminalizing breastfeeding women
The ordinance has been stirring controversy,
and according to the ACLU’s lawsuit, the way it’s worded could render
breastfeeding children over 1 year old illegal.
