Leny Alagao, 26, was arrested on April 10 after Port St. Lucie police
reported seeing her use the plastic figure to hit her live-in boyfriend.
Police were dispatched at about 7:45pm to a “reported disturbance.”
Investigators went to the back of the home and saw Alagao strike her boyfriend with an approximately 2-foot-tall Stormtrooper figure. Police saw a broken glass plate on the ground and “disarray inside the bedroom.”
Alagao said she was mad at her boyfriend, but didn’t mean to hit him. The boyfriend said he didn’t want to press charges. Alagao, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested on a battery charge. She was taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.
