A New Jersey state trooper is accused of conducting improper stops of women, asking them out on dates and tampering with records to cover it up, authorities said Tuesday.
Marquice Prather, 37, was arrested on Friday and charged with records tampering after an internal investigation following complaints from several women, according to the state Division of Criminal Justice, which brought the charges.
