This nation has always been a 'center-left' nation politically no matter how many times the wing-nuts lie and screech the opposite and now we all know they lie - even those generous souls who used to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Americans are proving to the world again why they are such a 'great' people by a return to what made us 'great' in the first place: more attention to our fellow citizens (domestic and world) and their needs, science over screwball religion, education over indoctrination (mainly by that same screwball religion), cooperation over divisiveness, and the list goes on ...
It is wonderful to see America back, again.
We will not allow those that would destroy her from within (read: repugicans) to ever again hold sway over us ... they will forever remain the fringe element they always have been ... just as we would never allow any from without do the same. This is why generations have come seeking our shores so that they too may live as a 'great' people.
