Child neglect is never funny, but sometimes it is kind of ironic.
South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported a five-month-old baby in Seoul died of malnutrition and dehydration because the parents were spending up to 12 hours a day in an internet cafe caring for a virtual baby online.
