'Frosty the Snowman' arrested at Maryland parade
Who says "Frosty the Snowman" has to be jolly? A man in a "Frosty the Snowman" costume was arrested Saturday during the annual Christmas parade in Chestertown, on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
