Package thief duped into stealing dirty cat litter

A West Seattle neighborhood is so fed up with package pirates, they're fighting back. Megan Holt from Greenbridge put a box out as bait.
Video shows the package on the bottom left of the screen. A girl approaches the steps, she looks off to the side, walks toward the package and grabs it.
Holt captured the crappy caper on camera and posted it on YouTube. "Sick of porch theft, I loaded up this dummy box with dirty litter from our litter box.

"Looks like she won't be getting the clothing she was hoping for,” Holt wrote on YouTube. Holt said she has filed a police report.
