Man arrested after being seen throwing his ball against a wall

An Oklahoma City man was arrested after he was seen walking around naked in public on Wednesday night. According to police, officers responded to the incident at about 8:30pm. A woman told police she was driving when she saw a man, later identified as 56-year-old Donald Edward Kelly Jr., throwing a ball against a business wall.
The woman said Kelly was completely naked. She recorded him on her cell phone. When Kelly saw her, he reportedly put on a pair of brown shorts.
Police said the woman's cell phone video shows Kelly walking around naked. He was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of public indecency.
